Working Bees :-)

Come join us in the beautifully humming, flowering and food producing Food Forest in the valley at Winton Road at a working bee   🙂

This is your garden too to enjoy!

Working bees are informal but informative gardening sessions which may include harvesting, planing and tending to the plants – planting,  watering, weeding, pruning, mulching, and harvesting again.  We have conversations about plants and cooking them. – Come armed with gardening gloves, a hat and a drink – and if you like your tools of choice. Come one, come all, all welcome.

The active gardeners plant what we want to harvest – within reason.

Working bees are now twice a month:

on the 4th Thursday and 4th Saturday of each month (except December or thunder or frost)

10am – 12noon

afterwards, you can join us for BYO lunch in the new shelter   🙂

see you there sometime, Petra and the food foresters.
